You know you're capable of more.
More purpose. More discipline. More adventure. More fulfillment. More from yourself.
But knowing you want more isn't enough.
You need clarity about what you're actually building, a plan to get there, and the accountability to follow through.
Maybe your life looks fine from the outside.
You have a career. A relationship. A home. Responsibilities.
But something isn't right.
You're going through the motions.
You don't have a clear direction.
You keep putting things off.
You know what you should be doing, but you aren't consistently doing it.
You've accomplished things, but you're not sure they're the things you actually wanted.
Or maybe you've simply settled for a life that's comfortable enough to stay in—but not fulfilling enough to be proud of.
You don't need another motivational speech.
You need to figure out what you want, decide what matters, and start doing something about it.
Get honest about where you are, what's working, what's not, and what you actually want.
Define your values, priorities, and the kind of man and life you're working toward.
Turn your vision into specific goals, priorities, and a plan you can actually execute.
Do what you said you were going to do. When you don't, we figure out why and determine what changes.
Plans don't always survive contact with real life.
We review what's working, address what's getting in the way, and adjust rather than make excuses.
Over 90 days, we'll work together to identify what matters, determine where you're going, and build the habits, goals, and accountability necessary to move forward.
A focused coaching session every week to work through challenges, make decisions, and keep moving.
We'll turn your bigger vision into a practical plan for the next 90 days.
We'll identify the goals that matter most and keep your attention focused on what will actually move your life forward.
You'll have someone expecting you to do what you said you were going to do.
We'll look at what you accomplished, what got in the way, and what needs to change.
When you hit an obstacle, we work through it instead of letting it become another excuse.
You know something needs to change, but you don't know where to start.
You're doing what you're supposed to do, but you aren't sure where you're actually going.
You know what you should be doing, but you struggle to consistently follow through.
Your life is comfortable enough to stay the same, but not fulfilling enough to be satisfied.
You have goals and ambitions, but you need structure, accountability, and someone willing to challenge you.
You want more from your life.
You're willing to take responsibility for what happens next.
You're willing to be uncomfortable.
You want honest accountability.
You're prepared to do the work between coaching sessions.
You want measurable progress, not just conversation.
You want someone else to fix your life.
You're looking for motivation without action.
You aren't willing to be held accountable.
You're more interested in explaining why you can't change than finding a way forward.
You're unwilling to take responsibility for what you do next.
I'm here because I've had to figure out what kind of man I wanted to become, too.
For a long time, I didn't have a clear picture of the future I wanted.
Eventually, I realized something important:
Wanting a different life doesn't create a different life.
At some point, you have to decide what matters, take responsibility for where you are, and start doing the work.
That's what I've spent the last several years learning through my own experiences—setting difficult goals, pursuing things that matter to me, taking on responsibility, building discipline, and learning that progress rarely happens without action.
My professional life has also taught me the value of preparation, accountability, leadership, and performing when the stakes are high.
But coaching isn't about me having all the answers.
It's about helping another man figure out what he wants, identify what's holding him back, and then actually do something about it.
I believe a man should be able to look at his life and be proud of the way he's living it.
Not because his life is perfect.
Not because he's achieved everything he wants.
But because he's living deliberately, taking responsibility, and becoming the man he wants to be.

Founder, My Becoming Project
Becoming isn't a destination.
You're never finished.
There will always be another challenge, another goal, another version of yourself to grow into.
The question isn't whether you're becoming something.
You are.
The question is whether you're becoming that person deliberately—or simply becoming whoever your circumstances, habits, and choices happen to create.
Choosing what matters.
Choosing what you're willing to work for.
Choosing who you want to become.
Then building the life to match.
You don't have to have everything figured out.
You don't need a perfect plan.
You don't need to become a completely different person overnight.
You just need to be willing to start.
